Determination and the Pursuit of Impact

I built seven companies. The eighth one is you.

Twenty five years. Seven companies. Every sector from creative advertising to MedTech to software development. I have sat in the founder's seat more times than most coaches have had clients. I know what it takes to build something from nothing and I know what it costs when the business you built starts running you instead of the other way around.
 

That is the problem I solve.
 

I work with founders and entrepreneurs who are outwardly successful but privately maxed out. Burned out, overworked, leading teams that have checked out, operating without a real culture, stuck at a ceiling they cannot seem to break through. They have tried working harder. It has not worked. What they need is not more effort. It is better infrastructure and clearer leadership.
 

My work sits at the intersection of operational strategy and human performance. We build the systems that remove you as the bottleneck. We develop the leadership culture that makes good people want to stay. And we do the harder work of making sure the person at the top is performing at the level the business needs.
 

The story behind the work
 

I did not come to this as a theorist. I came to it the hard way.
 

I grew up navigating things that were not supposed to be a child's problem. Childhood trauma has a way of shaping how you move through the world, and for a long time I moved through it by outrunning it. Seven businesses. Constant motion. The belief that if I just built enough, produced enough, achieved enough, the weight of the past would stop following me.
 

It does not work that way.

I went through a divorce. I spent a decade in sobriety, doing the kind of honest reckoning with yourself that you cannot shortcut or delegate. I came out the other side not as someone who fixed everything but as someone who finally understood what had been driving everything. That distinction matters more than people realize.
 

Along the way I started running ultramarathons. Not because I am particularly built for it, but because long distance running taught me something that no business school or management book ever did: the mind is the ultimate governor of performance. Your body will quit before your capacity runs out. The ceiling is almost always mental before it is physical. That is as true for a founder running a company as it is for someone running 50 miles through the mountains.
 

I hold a degree in Psychology because I wanted to understand what actually drives human behavior, not just what looks good on an org chart. The personal work and the professional work are the same work. I cannot separate them and I do not try to.
 

What I actually do
 

I am a business and executive coach. I am also a strategic partner, a fractional COO when that is what a company needs, and sometimes just the honest voice in the room that nobody else is willing to be.
 

I work with founders and executives who want to take their business to the next level and keep finding the same ceiling in the way. We build the systems, the culture, and the leadership clarity that gets them through it. On the transformational side I work with people who are ready to stop operating on autopilot, get honest about what is holding them back, and start building the life or leadership they actually want.

I believe that real culture is not a set of values on a wall but a function of how the person at the top shows up on their worst day.
 

And I believe that the kind of growth that actually matters, the kind that does not collapse the minute you step away, is built on systems and self-awareness in equal measure.
